Why do you charge for the AI Diagnostic?
Because it's real work, not a sales call, a week or two of forensic analysis of your operation. Charging for it keeps me honest, since I don't resell anyone's software and have no reason to recommend a tool you don't need. You keep the plan regardless.
What if we don't end up working together?
Then you walk away with a complete, sequenced 90-day install plan you can run yourself, hand to your team, or take to another shop. The diagnosis is yours. No strings.
Is the fee really credited if we move forward?
Yes, in full. If you bring me on for an Install or a fractional AI officer retainer, the entire Diagnostic fee comes off the first invoice. The diagnosis effectively becomes free the moment we build.
What do you need from me?
Read-only access to the systems you run (CRM, analytics, phone, ticketing, whatever the work lives in), an hour for a kickoff, thirty minutes each with two or three people who do the repetitive work, and an hour for the readout. I handle the rest.
How fast can we start?
I take a single Diagnostic a week, fifty-two a year, no exceptions, so every one gets my full, undivided focus. Book below and I'll tell you the next open week.
Are you going to tell me to replace my people?
No. The work I look for is the work nobody wanted in the first place: the repeat entry, the chasing, the after-hours calls that go unanswered. The point is to give your team back the hours and put them on the parts of the job that need a human. If your only goal is a smaller payroll, I am the wrong consultant.
